Prophetic Bishop Dr. Jacques Bizimana Rubanda is a man dedicated to God, his family, and the holistic development of his community. At the heart of his life is a strong foundation of love and unity. He is joyfully married to his faithful wife, who stands beside him in both ministry and family life. Together, they have been blessed with a large and loving family of 13 children and 10 grandchildren, serving as a testament to God’s grace and the importance of a God-fearing household.
Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Jacques believes in the power of work and stewardship to uplift communities. He is the founder of INDATWA FARM, a growing agricultural initiative that reflects his commitment to using God-given resources for development. Through cattle farming, poultry farming, and various agricultural projects, Indatwa Farm creates jobs, supports families, and promotes sustainable development, demonstrating that spiritual leadership and community empowerment go hand in hand.

Prophetic International Ministries (PIM)
The Bishop’s journey in ministry began in 1989 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, following a divine vision from God. He founded Prophetic International Ministries (PIM), which started as a beacon of hope through counseling, prayer, preaching, and prophetic guidance. From its inception, PIM has touched and transformed countless lives, establishing a legacy of spiritual breakthrough and restoration.
New Jerusalem Church
In the year 2000, following God’s leading, Dr. Jacques established New Jerusalem Church in Rwanda. Under his leadership as Senior Pastor and visionary, the church has grown into a significant and influential ministry. Today, New Jerusalem Church has expanded with multiple parishes across Rwanda and in several countries globally. It stands as a vibrant place of worship, healing, discipleship, and spiritual transformation, guiding thousands of believers in their walk with God.
